Its uncluttered interface makes it easy to get started right away, with several common application templates to choose from. We particularly like the option to use an Activation Key, allowing us to use VR commander only when and where we need it.

Creating new templates for voice commands also is fairly easy, with an intuitive dialog box that takes you through the process of creating each command in the sequence. After some trial and error, anyone can start creating templates for their favorite applications including games, but VR Commander comes with several premade templates for common programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Windows Media Player. We would have preferred a longer period of time to review this app, as the demo limited us to only seven days. If you're in the market for quality speech-recognition software and are willing to do a thorough testing in the seven-day allotment, VR Commander is a great option.
