Image Tools is free mass image resizer, converter, cropper, fliper/rotater, watermarker, decolorizer (grayscale and negative) and optimizer written in C#. BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG and PNG.

Image Tools programm also can calculate image color histogramm, which can be used (later) for checking images for uniqueness. This Programm is absolutely free for use and can be redistributed.
